Papers for Publication
Conference proceedings should contain original research that has neither been published nor submitted for publication elsewhere.
Your manuscript will be run through our plagiarism-checking.
What is ORCID?
ORCID is a non-profit organization that provides researchers with a unique digital identifier. These identifiers can be used by editors, funding agencies, publishers, and institutions to reliably identify individuals in the same way that ISBNs and DOIs identify books and articles. Thus the risk of confusing your identity with another researcher with the same name is eliminated. The ORCID website provides researchers with a page where your comprehensive research activity can be stored.
How can I get an ORCID iD?
Registration is free at orcid.org/register. It takes less than a minute.
You register only once and can use your ORCID iD permanently.
Upon registration, you will get an ORCID record that you can control in terms of content and decide who will be able to see it.
Your ORCID iD will be displayed on the published work.
Sharing your ORCID record makes it easier to draw attention to your work and show your academic track record in a concise format. It will help improve the discoverability of your research and support collaboration within the research community.

Types of Papers and Page Counts
Papers accepted for publication are full papers (8–14+ pages).
Please note that we do not publish very short papers, as their scientific content is not significant.
